How to choose piano stool

The standard piano bench should be adjustable so that it doesn't move when you move your body. There are usually two types of benches in the business. One can adjust the height and the other can't. Some can adjust the height, some of them have poor stability; or they are stable at that time. After using for a period of time, when the body's center of gravity moves slightly from side to side, the sitting position is also unstable.
